The data of some plugins can be broadcasted using either the basic Broadcast plugin, or using a generalized add-on instead of an add-on only for that exact plugin:
FacetWP: use the Copy Options add-on and copy the facetwp_settings option between blogs.
King Composer page builder: Requires a whole snippet, in addition to the Shortcode Attachments add-on to handle the image shortcodes.
Gutenberg Reusable Blocks: just requires the wp_block custom post type.
Members: Use the User Role Sync add-on to copy the roles.
Visual Composer / WP Bakery: stores its data in shortcodes. You’ll be interested in the Shortcode Attachments add-on.
