This add-on for Broadcast copied blog options / settings between blogs.

Options can be selected using the select box or the text box. The text box accepts wildcards and regular expressions.

The add-on can also copy the theme’s custom CSS between sites on the network, saving you from having to manually customize the CSS on each site.
