Finds links to local media files, broadcasts them, and replaces the links with their copied equivalents on each child blog.

Similar to the Local Links add-on, but this add-on handles only local media files, while Local Links handles posts.

In order to detect local files, the links must be complete URLs to the file in the media library. The add-on matches the URL with the media item’s GUID.
