This add-on for Broadcast can broadcast sidebars and widgets between blogs.

The basic requirement is to have the same sidebar IDs on all blogs, which usually comes from having the same theme.

The add-on can then overwrite the whole sidebar (including the widgets) from the Sidebars tab, or use the Widgets tab to selectively replace the contents of specific widgets with that of the blog from which you are broadcasting.
