This add-on for Broadcast adds support for the Mailster plugin.

It allows for broadcasting of newsletters and detection and broadcasting of newsletter_signup_form shortcodes.

It also has a PHP Code wizard that copies templates between blogs. This can be used for updating templates between blogs.
