Global Content Blocks banner

Adds support for shortcodes from WP Xpert’s Global Content Blocks plugin.

This plugin will detect the GCB shortcodes in the post and then copy over the blocks to each child blog. If the the block already exists on the child it is updated, else a new block is created.

The shortcode in the post is then modified to point to the new block ID.
