This add-on for Broadcast adds support for the Icegram Engage plugin.

More specifically, it adds support for:

• translating the IDs of target rules, messages, campaign previews and target pages in campaigns
• broadcasting campaigns from a special user interface, since the campaign editor does not use the standard WordPress post editor
