Same Post ID menu item

This add-on for Broadcast creates a new post on several blogs with the same post ID.

It does this by finding the highest post ID of all of the selected blogs and then setting the same value to all selected blogs.

A post of the selected post type is then quickly created and broadcasted. Hopefully, no new posts / drafts / autosaves are created on any of the selected blogs in the meantime.
