Adds support for downloads and shortcodes from Never5’s Download Monitor plugin.

The plugin can either broadcast downloads, including all download versions, to other blogs, or can detect Download Monitor shortcodes in post content.

Detected shortcodes get their associated download copied to each child blog and the shortcode is modified to suit the ID of the broadcasted download on the child blog.
